WHAT DO WE OFFER? Wilkinson & Associates is a full service Real Estate Company which offers their realtors "100% commission" plan. We believe our agents should keep more of their commissions and work as a true independent contractor. That’s why our primary plan has a flat transaction fee of only $350 per closed transaction per month. No 50%, 40% or even 30% commission split to the firm!
HOW IT WORKS FOR YOU? Assume the following:

The net take home fee with the same amount of time and energy expended is $5,595 more than your present 50/50 commission split!!!

WHAT HIDDEN FEES ARE YOU NOT DISCLOSING? Absolutely none. Under all available plans, you will only pay your monthly dues and transaction fees. Other expenses you should plan for may include: signs/riders, Advertising, lockboxes, keys, realtor association dues, business cards and stationery (use of print ready logo is available) licensing and continuing education fees and other common expenses related to a home office.
WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY YOU ARE A TRUE “INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR”? There are no mandatory office meetings, phone duty, and franchise fees, or commissions (you set your own sales commission percentage or flat rate without broker permission). The truth is, most agents already work from their home or mobile office. In this new age of real estate, most business is handled through the internet, fax, telephone, and overnight mail. Agents can literally work from anywhere. Forms can be downloaded and printed, property searches can be conducted, files can be setup and updated, commission checks can be processed and direct deposited almost 24 hours a day, 7 days a week without even leaving your home office. It’s the smarter, faster and more efficient way to conduct your business. Of, course there are times when a client may feel more comfortable meeting at your office. No problem, just make the appointment and meet them in one of our available conference rooms in a professional office environment WHAT PLANS ARE AVAILABLE? There are two basic plans that are available depending upon your circumstances - your choice!
Option # 1
You pay only: $45 monthly dues $350 Transaction Fee on each closing $55 E & O Insurance premium per closing
Option # 2
You pay only: $95 monthly dues $495 Transaction Fee on the first closing in each month $55 E & O Insurance Premium per closing
We are best suited for good professional realtors who are used to working independently and want to be their own boss.
Basically, our program is not designed for inexperienced agents who need a lot of training or mentoring. In our experience, however we find that some agents would like to join our firm but would feel more comfortable with some limited training and perhaps a mentor. For those agents, we would offer a mentor for guidance until they gain enough experience to be on their own. Under these same circumstances, we would offer a standard 70/30 commission split program until the agent “graduates” to choose Option #1 or Option #2.
